About the event

Join us for an interactive "Christ in the Passover" Mission Fundraiser on Saturday 27th April at 6 pm at Central, Shrewsbury Baptist Church, Claremont Street, Shrewsbury.

A Passover table is set with all of the elements traditionally used. We explain how Passover is celebrated today, what all of the symbolic foods represent, and how Jesus is beautifully pictured in the Passover celebration and story. This is a celebration for anyone. “Christ in the Passover” will bring new insights into the Jewishness of Jesus, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

A four-course dinner is provided along with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as part of your ticket price. This is a fundraiser for our Mission Trip to Uganda in late June. We will share details about the trip, introduce the team, and provide opportunities to contribute to our mission funds through a raffle, silent auction, and more.
